Publishing Terms:

We require exclusive First North American Serial Rights and First World Electronic Rights from today through the day of publication and 30-days thereafter. Also that you'll have other journals, anthologies, or magazines, who later publish this as a re-print, list Beautiful Words by Ariel Publishing, LLC, Ariel's Dream Literary Journal, or L.eX | Literary Excellence, depending on which platform we will showcase your work, as first publishers.

30 days after the publication date all rights will revert back to you, but we reserve the right to archive, electronically re-publish, and include this work in future print issues, and/or anthologies. Therefore, following publication, we also require nonexclusive rights to display, copy, publish, distribute, transmit and sell digital reproductions of this work (not as a stand-alone piece, but as part of the journal issue, chapbook, or anthology), Archival Rights, Excerpt Rights, Anthology Rights, Nonexclusive Reprint Rights.
